		The production is made always prioritising the labour and worker safety 
		without sacrificing quality in our factory, and we aim to ensure 
		perpetual maximum customer satisfaction with this mentality of 
		production of ours. Our resource for this is our highly trained, self 
		disciplined and hardworking employees who adopted quality policy. 
		 
		Company management has the employees appropriate to the qualification 
		policies that it determined in the units and job definition indicated in 
		the Organisation Chart and employs the employees having the required 
		qualifications by means of newspaper advertisements, announcements and 
		relationships if needed in order to apply, maintain and continuously 
		improve the quality system. 
		 
		
		
		a- Employment 
		The people desiring to work with us will be evaluated after sending 
		their CVs to info@betonsen e-mail address. 
		Those whose application is accepted and who are employed are provided 
		orientation training on the position that s/he will work, work order, 
		labour safety, firm structure, the quality system and the relevant 
		subjects and works are carried out to make the employees have the 
		required qualifications by means of intracompany and out-of-company 
		trainings. 
		 
		
		
		b- Competence, Awareness and Training 
		Our firm works with the consciousness that “Training is the best means 
		of motivation”. Furthermore, the principles that “The best investment is 
		the investment made in a human being and the best of the investments 
		made in a human being is training”. 
		“Annual Training Plan” is prepared and the trainings to be received in 
		and out of the company are determined. The announcement, performance, 
		follow-up and keeping records regularly, the effect of the provided 
		trainings on the quality system are followed in long term. Employer 
		questionnaires are conducted semi-annually and employer satisfaction is

		CUSTOMER FOCUS 
		 
		Customer satisfaction is measured, introductory information (use, 
		maintenance, start-up, spare part), catalogues etc. are prepared for the 
		products and customer tastes are gathered, works are carried out for 
		continuous improvement by receiving the after sale service information, 
		customer complaints and employers’ corrective action suggestions and by 
		analysing the results. 
		 
		
		
		a- Relationships with the Customer 
		Information about the regulatory requirements and legislations are given, 
		terms of use of the product are explained and submitted to the customer 
		in written together with the product; the competence of fulfilling the 
		contract terms before making a contract in order to guarantee that the 
		requests of the counter party are determined and met completely and 
		correctly. 
		 
		The terms and equipment not stated by the customer but required are 
		explained. 
		The necessary services are provided within the guarantee period 
		stipulated by the law after delivering the product. Betonsen Makine 
		Ltd.Şti. provides these kind of services of its by means of the centre 
		service that it established in itself. 
		In the event that the customer demanded periodical maintenance except 
		for the services within guarantee period after delivering the product, 
		such actions are transferred upon the interview of both parties.
