WOODEN PALLETS (PRODUCT PRESSING BOARDS)

It should be made up of pine tree. If it has

been sent to oven the resistance of wooden pallet increases against stretching.
Woods should be connected to eachother by ten on passing lamp method or swallow-tail clamp method. They should be fixed with 2 pieces of stud which are in big sizes of 920 mm x 920 mm.
In the stacking system the wooden pallets which will be used may be made with profile legs of tube legs. The measurement of profile of tube legs change according to the size of the pallet.
 

Example; The profile size of wooden pallets which is used in stacking system machine which produces 25 pieces interlocks and 10 pieces blocks must be 230 mm height 40 x 40 x 2 mm and the profile size which connects the legs must be 40 x 40 x 1,5 mm.
